This book mentions a child who has two fathers.  One father is a businessman and the other is a company employee.  The businessman's father is rich while the employee's father is not rich.  The poor father always tells his son to get a good education so that you can get a job in a good company, while his rich father tells him to get an education so that you can open a company in which you can get other people  Be able to give a job.  The poor father tells him that you will be educated and get a job in a good company. After a while, his poor father dies, but he leaves no wealth for his son.  When his rich father dies, he has wealth.  The son uses this wealth and starts new companies.  The companies he makes employ a lot of people.  This book teaches us that if you are a good employee, it will only benefit you.  If you run a business, it will benefit not only you but also the people around you.
